+ Who are you and why are you sharing your work on the internet!?
I'm just a simple person navigating the world in my own way (always figuring that out). Along the way I'd like to share my work, the things I make, my ramblings because I believe that creates community and I'm drawn to community. Having this website gives me the opportunity to share my work more easily.
+ What does community mean to you?
Community means sharing your knowledge, trades, and skills with others to teach, to help, to create something new & good.
+ Where are you located?
I'm currently based in Pomona, Ca. I've grown up here my whole life, and left it for a small time to go to school up north.
+ Did you attend school for art, is that how you started making art?
Yes, I went to California State University East Bay for four years and graduated with a BFA in Traditional Arts. I started drawing at a very young age, and that was nutured by my oldest sister Ly, and art teachers throughout my grade school years. It wasn't until I got to college that I discovered a more guided passion for art-making.
+ What inspires you in your work?
I'm inspired by hundreds of things. I feel a lot for others and I'm always interested in the human condition, thought, and trying to see things from as many angles as possible.
